Terms of use
By using T Level Route you accept these terms. They're short and mostly say the same thing in four different ways: this is information, carefully sourced, but it is not advice about your situation and it can go out of date.
Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is careers, financial, legal, tax or immigration advice, and reading it doesn't create any professional relationship with the publisher. Guides describe the rules and processes as they stood when they were checked, sourced to somewhere you can verify them. Decisions about what to study, where to apply and what to do next are yours, and for anything with real consequences you should take advice from someone qualified and regulated to give it.
Guides that quote rules on entry requirements, funding, UCAS points or assessment carry the date those rules were checked. Those rules change. A dated page is a warning, not a guarantee.
Accuracy and official sources
The provider and course pages are generated from official government sources and rebuilt when those change, but they are a copy, and copies lag. Providers join and leave the register, and course subjects launch, close to new enrolments, or change. Always confirm on the official source linked from the page — and on the school or college's own page — before applying or enrolling.
The site is provided "as is". No warranty is given that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is complete or current.
Links to other sites
T Level Route links out constantly — to GOV.UK services, tlevels.gov.uk, schools and colleges, and news coverage. Those sites aren't operated by this publisher, aren't controlled by it, and linking to one isn't an endorsement of it or of anything it says. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you're there.
Advertising
This site is built to carry display advertising supplied by Google, once an AdSense account is active. Adverts are selected by Google, not chosen or endorsed by the publisher, and appearing here doesn't mean the advertiser is recommended. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. If an advert here is ever misleading or inappropriate, say so and it can be blocked.
Copyright
The guides, commentary, design and code are protected by copyright. You're welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back, share pages, and use the site as a reference. You may not republish guides wholesale, mirror the site, or scrape and re-list its pages in bulk — including for training datasets or generated content — without permission.
Material reproduced from the GOV.UK provider register and the T Level subject list is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0; the pages that use it say so, and that licence governs your reuse of that material, not these terms. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used here descriptively.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in it — including decisions about applying to or studying a T Level. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your statutory rights.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the current version is always the one on this page. They're governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
